We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

Screenings Storage and Protection. 

All screenings are kept on a CD file system which has a highly secure password. The computer that the information is stored also has a highly secure password. There is currently only one active user on the computer which is used for screenings. If you wish for your child’s details to be deleted after a screening has been sent to you, please email in writing requesting this. All screenings are deleted after 365 days.
